Hello everyone! Welcome to my first post!
I made an at-home version of a Taco Bell Breakfast Crunchwrap... I had made breakfast burritos in the past but I wanted to change it up and came up with this! It's not an exact copy of the Taco Bell version, and it's probably not a very original idea, but here's the process of how I did it!
Let me know if you try this! Or if you've done this before!
Step 1
Gather your ingredients! Mine included an egg, one turkey sausage patty, shredded cheese, and a tortilla. You can use whatever sausage or cheese you like!
Step 2
Scramble your egg! While it cooked, I heated my sausage patty in the microwave. Once it was heated, I cut it into cubes so it would disperse easier in the crunchwrap.

Add the sausage to the scrambled egg and mix them together. Add the combination to the middle of your tortilla. Sprinkle it with the cheese to your preference.
Step 4
Fold your ingredients in your tortilla. This is where the crunchwrap really takes its shape. Fold one side of the tortilla towards the middle. Fold another side over it, creating a triangular shape that overlaps the first fold. Continue this folding pattern until all of the ingredients are sealed inside.
Step 5
Place the crunchwrap on the stove, using the pan you scrambled the egg in. Make sure you place the folded side down first, so the heat and cheese seal the tortilla in shape. Once that side has cooked, flip the crunchwrap and heat the other side.
Step 6
All done! Eat and enjoy. It's that simple!
This is such an easy breakfast to make, especially if you live a busy life or are always on the go. It takes less than 10 minutes but tastes delicious. I've been known to whip up a few at a time and freeze them so they're already prepared for when I want to eat them next. You can reheat them in the microwave or back on the stove.
Also, feel free to add other "breakfast foods" to your wrap, such as hash browns or bacon! You have a lot of creative liberty with your wrap, and creativity is certainly welcomed here! Feel free to leave your tips and tricks below!
Have a fantastic day!
Grace, I love stuff like this. It looks fantastic. I will definitely have to give it a shot!
